CRM is an acronym one often hears in the world of business. CRM stands of Customer Relationship Management. Salesforce Automation Systems or SFAs

The three manor functionalities of a CRM are Marketing, Sales and Service.

Marketing - The prime aim of the marketing function of CRM software is to increase leads related to sales.  This actually gets converted to revenue for the company.

Sales - the functionality of CRM aims on helping the sales tem to manage and execute the process of pre-sale in very orderly manner.

Service - Service functionalities focus on service order management, planned services management, service contract management, equipment management, warranty management, Service legal agreement management, Scheduling and resource planning, call center support, FAQs, resource management and workforce management.
